EXPERIENCE A DAY WITH THE DUTCH

Attending one of the Pella Historical Village’s special events or taking a self-guided tour is an educational adventure for school groups, clubs, and families. See how early settlers lived in sod houses, how blacksmiths worked, where Wyatt Earp lived as a child, and play in the puppet and music rooms! With so many things to do at the Museum, you'll want to spend the entire day!

Pella Historical Society and Museums welcomes guests with disabilities who wish to take this tour. But given the nature of our historic facility, and given the fact that we hold a food license for processing flour, only service animals trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are permitted on tours or in the Historical Village.
